We invite you to stay in this stylish apartment number #11 overlooking one of the most popular beaches in Western Australia. You’ll find yourself surrounded by a diverse range of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Start your mornings with breakfast on the balcony and finish your day watching the sun set with a glass in hand. This really is a wonderful place to stop wether you’re in Cottesloe for business or pleasure and we welcome you to stay with us whilst you’re in town. The interior of the apartment is well designed with the location of the kitchen, dining and living spaces all set away from the bedrooms which accommodates for families and groups. The living and dining area leads you through to the balcony with comfortable outdoor seating providing the opportunity to enjoy the amazing views of the Indian ocean to the north as well as views across to the unique Rottnest Island that is the favoured holiday destination for locals and tourists alike. Complementing the expansive living dining area are two large bedrooms. Each bedroom is appointed with a comfortable queen size bed, made up beautifully with fresh linen and bedding. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans & wardrobes where you can find extra blankets and pillows.The kitchen features a family sized fridge/ freezer, large oven, microwave and electric hotplate along with range hood, Nespresso coffee machine, full size dishwasher and sandwich press. Enjoy a cup of tea with the conveniently located Zip HydroTap which provides filtered instant boiling, chilled or sparkling water at a touch of a button. There’s access to the spacious bathroom from one of the bedrooms and also via the hallway (two door access). The lounge room has a 3 seater couch and occasional chair where you can relax and enjoy Netflix and other television programs. This space is fitted with a split system aircon unit.
Please note this apartment has one small flight of stairs to access from the carpark, however once in the apartment it is all on one level.
Things to do:
You can find an out-door gym, free for all to use, along the beach front.
Join the morning swimmers, the evening kite-surfers or the runners along the beachside promenade north to Swanbourne, or south to Cottesloe beach & as far as you can run or walk.
Enjoy your time in Cottesloe either body boarding, surfing, snorkelling on the wonderful reef at North Cottesloe beach, or simply relax under a shady tree with a good book.
You can also find a fresh water shower & foot jet to remove excess sand upon exiting the beach.
Sculptures by the Sea has its annual Cottesloe exhibition commencing in March on the beautiful beach of Cottesloe which transforms into an outdoor sculpture park, where you can see & purchase over 70 works.
A must-see event.
The Rottnest Channel Swim is held in February.
A large annual event, 19.7km open water swim from Cottesloe beach to Rottnest Island you can register to participate in this.
A 5minute walk, either south towards Cottesloe beach, or north to North St, you will find large playgrounds, with a variety of different swings and climbing equipment to entertain the children for hours.
Rottnest
You may wish to visit Rottnest Island with its small, marsupial quokkas along with the beautiful pristine beaches; to which a fast ferry either from Fremantle B shed or Northport will get you there in 30mins.
Ferries also leave from Perth- Barrack Street Jetty giving you a beautiful cruise down the Swan River to take in views of the Perth City skyline, Kings Park, and the picturesque river front houses of Mosman park and Peppermint Grove.

-Smoking & Vaping is strictly prohibited in all areas of this apartment including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking or residual smoke smell on the checkout inspection will incur additional cleaning fees.

-Please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels down.
-No pets are allowed in the property.
-Please take care of the apartments as if it were your own and ensure that all facilities are kept in good order.
-Respect the privacy of other residents in the complex.
